Servicing NSW Far North Coast to Gold Coast, Hussein searches for local top quality fresh produce, and uses authentic spices in order to enhance flavors and provide the best quality food imaginable for all to enjoy. Hussein prepares food off site and the finishing touches are applied at your venue to maintain high quality and excellent presentation.
